Page 3 of 3 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source contract to Sovereign medical Inc. utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for LifePak 15 V4 monitors and defibrillators. Sole source items: 28 LIFEPAK 15V4 Monitors/Defibrillators and associated equipment.
