PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77621Q0272 KEARNY MESA PACKAGE EP51 DERMATOLOGY LASER April 22, 2021 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHCS) in Kearny Mesa, CA needs a contract for the procurement of a Lumenis Stellar M22 Dermatology Laser (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Community Based Outpatient Clinic being constructed in Kearny Mesa, CA. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Thursday April 22, 2021 and quotes will be due on Monday May 3, 2021 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
