Services will be from 10/01/20 through 09/30/2025 under NAICS 811219. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, parts, transportation and equipment to provide GOLD coverage per agreement 2020-288696-CF, for government-owned linear accelerator, all glassware and subassemblies, as listed below: Items covered: Elekta Linear Accelerator Model: Infinity Serial No: 153535 VA EE# 42955 Elekta Site ID: 10902003 Covered Glassware: Magnetron, Thyratron, Electron Gun MLC Camera, IView Camera, IViewGT Amorphous Silicon Panel, XVI Imaging Panel, X-ray Tube Image intensifier, and all associated hardware, computers, and servers. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service Indefinite Delivery Contract.
