This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 Effective March 10, 2021. The Network Contracting Office 8-SAO East intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Manufacturing (1250 Employees). Responses will be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. New product(s) only. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. Quotes must be valid for 60 days. Prospective offerors shall be a registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract, and registration shall be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications.
