This procurement is intended to be used by anesthesiology service for patients that require inpatient/outpatient surgical and non-OR procedures. The proposed action is IAW FAR 19.1406 sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S. Code § 657f). Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for paying on any costs incurred and/or associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice.
