Notice of Intent to Sole Source. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Reponsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The United States Army Medical Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to award a firm-fixed price award to Gilead Sciences, Inc. Foster City, CA, for 48 vials of Cidofovir (VISTIDE) with an expiration date of two years from date of purchase. This contract will include three (3) one year option periods not to exceed 4 total years of contract support.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this notice is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing with a Standard Size of 500.
