The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to provide brand name or equal to W.L. GORE vascular grafts. Vascular grafts (6 mm x 50 cm graft with 6 mm x 5 cm NRS, 7 mm x 50 cm graft with 7 mm x 5 cm NRS, 8 mm x 50 cm graft with 8 mm x 5 cm NRS, 9 mm x 50 cm graft with 9 mm x 5 cm NRS). The graft is used for replacement or bypass of diseased vessels in patients suffering occlusive or aneurysmal diseases, in trauma patients requiring vascular replacement, for dialysis access, or for other vascular procedures. The graft must be one anastomosis and configured as an end to end instead of end to side. This requirement is for Durham VA Medical Center. The activity is requiring the instruments be placed on consignment to ensure availability for procedures. The period of performance will be April 1, 2012 to September 30, 2012, with four (4) option years.
