The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (only one responsible source), to negotiate on a sole source basis with Beckman Coulter Inc., 250 Kraemer Blvd., Brea, CA 92822 for this procurement due to the side by side testing requirements when transitioning, a competitive follow on procurement is anticipated.
