This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-14-Q-0812 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. This is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 339113 and small business size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for a Dorado KT Urodynamics Voiding Dysfunctional System. The urodynamics system must have the ability to read archived past patient studies performed, be DICOM compatible, functions for editing and adjustments be achievable during data acquisition, ability to integrate with electronic health record, the sample rates of EMG channel, output can reach a maximum of 2,000 Hz to ensure sphincter motor activity is captured, offer dual EMG channels for Uroflow/EMG testing and dual uroflowmetry. It must be able to calculate the area under the curve for assessment of Stress Urinary Incontinence. It must have connectivity to Vista Imaging and to CPRS. The system must be portable (wheeled) and be adjustable to the clinician. It must include a inservice for clinicians. See Specification below and Price/Cost Schedule for details. Delivery location is the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106 and shall be FOB destination. Delivery required within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Specifications The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center EMS Requires a URODYNAMICS SYSTEM. The Urodynamic system is used for Urology as well as spinal cord injury patients for urodynamics, biofeedback, ultrasound and ano-rectal manometry. This equipment is needed for measuring pressure to determine if the bladder is working properly and indicates different problems such as a neurogenic bladder or if an obstruction is present (from enlarged prostrate). This also is needed to determine necessary education, intermittent catherization or if surgery is indicated. The government is requesting exact match or equal equipment.
