The Department of Veterans Affairs Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award on a sole source basis with Bioness .Inc, (DUNS: 182287727), pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR 13.106-1(2)(b). The proposed contract will be for the purchase of (1) Bioness L300 Go Clinicians Kit, needed for the physical therapy departments within the Bronx VA Medical Center.
