This Notice of intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available. Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 253(g), NCO7, : Central Alabama Health Care System, 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, Alabama, 36083 intends to procure two (2) Disposable GYN Kit to include stain, vitals and brooms on an other than full and open competition basis with Tripath Imaging, 780 Plantation Road, Burlington North Carolina, 27215. This purchase is for two (2) Disposable GYN Kits to be utilized with the Tripath Imaging system. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 446199. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
