Description: This Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) is to inform that the 16th Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field AFB, FL, intends to award a contract for a "sole source" for two (2)Trauma Disaster Casualty kits with warrenties. One (1) Pediactric Patient Simulator with a warranty. One (1) Learning Module, to Medical Education Technologies INC (METI). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there is any business that can provide an "or equal" technology that meets the requirement, they must respond to this notice before 12: 00 PM (Central Daylight Savings Time) on 25 Sep 2006.
