STERIS Harmony iQ OR Integration System for Three (3) Operating Rooms (VA Richmond Medical Center)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, written under the authority of FAR subpart 13.5, for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference VA246-17-Q-0613. This Request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.
The Network Contracting Office 6 - SAO East intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to provide and install three (3) Steris Harmony iQ OR Integration Systems at the Hunter Holmes McGuire Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. This is a brand name only requirement. This procurement is being conducted under FAR subpart 13.5 simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items and FAR Part 12.603 for Streamlined Solicitation of Commercial Items.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The record must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications.

DUE DATE: The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable response. Quotes are due by 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 17 March 2017. Quotes received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
