The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Cook Medical, PO Box 4195, Bloomington, IN 47402, Zilver Stents. The Government believes that only one business can satisfy the agency requirements and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
