This is a notice of intent to sole source a purcashe order for Rotem, Inc. for re-agents to be used with Rotem Delta Coagulation analyzer at the US Army Institute or Surgical Research. Under the current protocol, reagents and supplies are from the manufacturer Tern Systems Inc. (ROTEM), by continuing to use the manufacturer's reagents and supplies it shall ensure consistent and accurate results. To introduce a comparable reagent from a different manufacturer at this stage of the protocol would render previous results not valid. The procedures would.have to be re-accomplished costing the government time and money. If you beleive you can provide the above listed re-agents, please send a notice to contract specialist John Fitzsimmons at [email protected]; this is not a request for quote, please send a brief discription/message indicating that yuo can provide the re-agents. All responses will be forwarded to the purchasing office for consideration.
