Pursuant to 41 USC ร‚ยง3304(a)(5), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. It is the Government s belief a sole source award to the proposed candidate for the required 15 doses of, Ga-68 Netspot PET radiopharmaceutical, provides the best value to the Government. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing and the Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
