The Phoenix VA Health Care System has an on-going requirement for radiopharmaceuticals to be delivered FOB Destination to 650 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Radiopharmaceuticals to be acquired and estimated quantities are set forth in the solicitation. All quantities are estimated quantities. Deliveries of ordered radiopharmaceuticals are to arrive at PVAHCS by 6:00 am local time the following day and/or 2.5 hours from order when identified as "Emergency". Solicitation VA-258-10-RP-0370 is unrestricted and will be issued on or about 07/08/2011 with a proposal due date of 07/22/2011 at 12:00 pm AZT. The VA may award multiple firm fixed-priced, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts for a base period of date of award through 09/30/2011, with two (2) 1-year option periods extending the contract annually until September 30, 2013, if exercised by the Government.
