NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center intends to extend the term of existing sole source contract awarded to St Jude Medical S.C., Inc., located at One Lilliehei Plaza, Saint Paul, NM 55117 to provide Prosthetic Implant Appliances and Associated Accessories. The period of performance for this action will be from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. The proposed contract action will extend the term of the contract under FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of Contract, included in the contract.
