This is a Source Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts,or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. Specifically, Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) is seeking qualified sources to provide procedure specific orthopedic implants used for repair and/or replacement of bone and tendon damaged by trauma, arthritis, and other influences. All qualified sources are invited to submit capability statements that substantiate their products within thirty (6) days from the date of this notice. Interested firms shall indicate if they have provided similar services to military medical treatment facilities and/or the general.

Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and complete product details, brochures, and etc. which will allow the Government to understand your service offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Mr. Paul Petro, Contract Specialist, Pacific Regional Contracting Office, 160 Krukowski Road, Tripler, HI 96859. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 15 May 2012 at 10:00 Hawaiian Standard Time.
