The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) Medical Readiness CBU, is anticipating issuing a Pharmaceutical Corporate Exigency Contract (CEC) Solicitation. The CEC program is designed to provide pharmaceutical sustainment support to meet the military services requirements in times of contingency operations which include military operations, humanitarian, emergency or relief efforts performed under the authority of the military.
