Description: - Please provide your capabilities statement for the following work:
A peptide microarray will be used to screen sera from human and animal origin. DVC is seeking facilities that are able of providing the following capabilities:
1)Fluorescence scanner/imager capable of excitation of appropriate fluorophore moiety and with an pixel size of at least 10 m
2)Automated microarray procession system (not necessary but preferred)
3)Appropriate software to allow assignment of signal intensities to spots on the surface of the peptide microarrays by interpreting a .gal-file
4)Ability to test human and non-human primate serum
We will be providing the peptide microarrays. Facilities should be able to conduct studies to support validation of the peptide microarray test and sample testing in a regulated environment.
