The NAICS code for these supplies is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 Employees. The Government believes that Topcon Medical Laster Systems, Inc. is the only authorized provider for the Pascal Streamline Photocoagulator System. This is a sole source procurement utilizing, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and Other than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes, however; any firm that believes it can provide these supplies may give written notification to the Contract Specialist, no later than 12:00 PM CST, January 21, 2011.
