The requirements in this solicitation: Pascal Photocoagulator System, as manufactured and distributed by OptiMedica Corporation, consisting of the following components: Pascal Pattern Scanning Laser Technology; fully integrated 532 NM photocoagulator; ergonomic package (slit lamp, electronic touch screen user interface, power controls, wheel chair assessable table); color balanced eye safety filters; 2 pair safety glasses; and operator manual; and laser indirect ophthalmoscope with full one year warranty. All quotes submitted in response to this RFQ must remain firm through October 1, 2008. Delivery required 30 days after receipt of order.
