The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for Maintenance Services for Parata Pharmacy 2000 and Accumed dispensing systems. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Parata Systems LLC, 2600 Meridian Parkway, Durham, North Carolina, 27713-2203.
Parata Pharmacy 2000 and Accumed dispensing systems Maintenance Services, period of performance 1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012. Monthly maintenance services to include the following: on site remedial repairs, emergency repairs and routine preventive maintenance services on M-Computer Link, M-Accumed, M-Secure Scan, M-P2000 System, M-Workstation Image, M-Workstation Fill/Check and M-CEA fee. Contract shall be performed by individuals who have demonstrated knowledge and com petence in the servicing and maintaining of the specific instrumen tation under this Contract.

This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal or like product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This requirement is Subject to the Availability of Funding pursuant to FAR 52.232-18.
