The proposed contract action is for five Ossur power knee 2 prosthesis. This requirement is in support for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington DC. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with Ossur Americas, Inc, 27412 Aliso Viejo Pkwy, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656-3371. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be received by 06/11/2009 by 12:00 pm.
