The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for 84 oz-AV Olympia Gold alloy. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 84 oz-AV Olympia Gold alloy with the following content: 51% Au, 8.5% In, 38.4% Pb, 1.5% GA, must contain less than 1% RU.
This IS NOT a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal product MUST SUBMIT THEIR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES TO INCLUDE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THEIR PRODUCT, PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, PRICE, DELIVERY TIME AND TECHNICAL/MEDICAL SUPPORT within four (4) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical Center's U.S. Army Dental Command for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
