Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to procure the following on a sole source basis for the Danville, IL VA Medical Center located at 1900 E. Main Street Danville, IL 61832: Oculus Pentacam This system is use to provide accurate corneal measurements of patients. It measures corneal shape, contour, and thickness and helps predict the best outcome of treatment for corneal astigmatism, keratoconus, and other diseases of the anterior parts of the eye. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Oculus, Inc. 17721 59th Ave NE Arlington, WA 98223. The applicable NAICS code is 339112 and the size standard is 750 employees. Sources may identify their interest and/or capabilities by responding to this notice. This notice, however, is NOT a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers and no such solicitation is available. All responses to this notice that are received within three days of its publication will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
