INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, SAO Central, Network Contracting Office 10, intends to enter into a sole source procurement for Nuclear Medicine Radiopharmaceuticals for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source, the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a one (1) month firm-fixed price contract for January 2019 on a sole source basis with Radiopharmacy of Indianapolis, 6538 Corporate Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46278 for furnishing the types of Radiopharmaceuticals and Sealed Sources as indicated in Attachment A below. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325412 and the Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. The sole source rationale is based on the Government s belief that Radiopharmacy of Indianapolis is the only contractor that possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement in the timeframe allotted. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotes or offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government.
