The US Army Medical Command Southern Region - East has a requirement for various Bone Graft Extender Kits for patient specific surgeries. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2). The suggested contractor is Novabone Products, LLC, 1551 Atlantic Boulevard, Suite 105, Jacksonville, FL 32207-3369.

This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal product MUST SUBMIT THEIR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES TO INCLUDE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THEIR PRODUCT, PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, PRICE, DELIVERY TIME AND TECHNICAL/MEDICAL SUPPORT within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical Center for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
