Notice of Intent to Sole Source Contract
The Southern Region Contracting Office - West (Provisional), on or about, 10 August 2011 intends to issue a sole source purchase order on a consignment basis to ALCON Laboratories for the purchase of ALCON Ophthalmic Lenses. These lenses will provide the operating room the mission capability to function at a high capacity achieve the best possible patient care for Reynolds Army Hospital (RACH), Ft. Sill, OK.
This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
