This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source IAW FAR 6.302-1. Network Contracting Office 22 Gilbert intends to procure reagents and materials used in the Microbiology Laboratory on the Cepheid GenXpert testing equipment for testing disease states and prescribing the necessary treatments. NCO 22 intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Cepheid, 904 Caribbean Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 as a responsible source to provide the equipment above. The applicable NAICS Code is 325413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers, and there is no solicitation available. However, all responses received by 1:00pm AZT on 10/18/2017 will be considered by the Government.
