This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply, Niton XL2 960 GOLD D Environmental Analyzer, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. There is no set-aside requirement. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. This requirement is categorized under NAICS: 334516 and has a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is for Brand Name Niton, or equal. Or equal quotations shall include manufacturer, part number, warranty, and sufficient salient information to clearly depict the product as equal. Award will be made to the quotation which offers the best value to the government. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all. The Department of the Army, Healthcare Acquisition Activity- North has a requirement to purchase: One (1) each Niton XL2 960 GOLD D Environmental Analyzer (45kV/100uA, 2watt max ag, anode x-ray tube), trade-in allowance for old Niton Analyzer unit with A-Lead-in Industrial Paint, extend-a-pole and in-situ tripod, bulk sampling kit, field mate for XL2. Shipping shall be FOB destination and included in your quote, and delivery is to be completed 60 days after the receipt of the award.
