The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for Neuromonitoring services for 4 each patient specific surgeries for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency . The suggested contractor is Clinical Neurodiagnostics LLC, 260 Peachtree Street NW, Suite 2200, Atlanta, GA 30303-1292.

Neuromonitoring services with trained and certified vendor representative in attendance during all procedures.

This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal or like product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time within three (3) calendar day from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical Center for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
