The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate, in accordance with FAR Part 12, a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is for the purchase of McKesson MedCarousel and FulFill-Rx equipment to be delivered to the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr, Temple, TX 76504. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all quotes received by 4:00 pm Septebmer 21, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
