The Southern Regional Contracting Office, Ft. Gordon, GA intends to issue a purhase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to suggested contractor Alcon Laboratories, Inc.; 6201 South Freeway; Fort Worth, Texas 76134-2001, 12 months of Alcon Infiniti Vision System, Ozil maintenance and service agreement for a Period of Performance: 1 October 2013 through 30 September 2014 . Contract must cover all travel, labor and parts as well as one preventive maintenance visit per year. Statement of Work available upon request. Applicable NAICS is 339115. This action will be conducted IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contract Specialist at [email protected] no later than Wednesday, 25 September 2013 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard time.
