Justification for Other than Full and Open CompetitionDepartment of Veterans Affairs Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 Birmingham AL, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with Integra Surgical to provide five (5) Luxtec 300 Watt Xenon Dual Turrett Light Source with ACMI, Wolf, Storz and Olympus Ports, five (5) Luxtec Universal floor stand, and five (5) Luxtec UltraLite Plus Ancillary System to include UltraLite 2 Headband, Variable Spot Module with Extended Linkage, Bifuracted 9 foot Fiber Optic Cable, Joystick, Gownclips (2) and a Duffel Bag for the VAMC Birmingham. This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
