NOTICE OF INTENT
The US Army Medical Command, Eisenhower Army, Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA has a requirement for LAVA CROWN & BUR TYPE (4), (5), (6), LAVA ZIRCONIA FRAME-20MM (12BX), and LAVA ZIRCONIA FRAME-40MM to be used with current milling equipment system. This resupply is required in order keep servicing military customers world-wide. All other milling equipment is not compatible with current equipment system. The Army Dental Laboratory (ADL) is the only laboratory providing support to 147 dental clinics and approximately 20 treatment facilities in Iraq and Afghanistan. The government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is 3M Company, 3M Center, Building 220, 11W-02, Saint Paul, MN 55144-1001.
