PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This is a commercial item acquisition for the purchase of the following Ortho Clinical Immunohematology products for VISN 1 Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) for manual testing in the Laboratories within VISN 1 as listed herein, as requested by authorized VA Staff, in order to support several VA Medical Centers within the VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS). The Ortho Clinical Immunohematology products listed below are a list of the requested items. The vendor must provide reagent products required for the Blood Bank testing on the VISN wide gel automated and semi-automated analyzers. The applicable NAICS code is 325412 and the size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation package will be issued on or about August 24th , 2012. The date for receipt of quotes is scheduled for September 7h , 2012 at 12:00 pm. The government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of the contract.
