SOL: 261-0111-05 Due: April 22, 2005 Request for Proposal – HIV-1 Genotyping Kit and Supplies The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for leasing and maintaining an integrated, DNA sequence based, HIV-1 genotyping system that incorporates reagents (Chemistry) in a kit format with instrumentation (Hardware) and software which provides an interpretative HIV-1 resistance report based upon clinically accepted algorithmic rules and oversight by an independent consensus panel of drug resistant experts. System must be FDA approved as an in-vitro diagnostic and shall be delivered to VA Palo Alto Health Care System at no additional cost to VAPAHCS.
