Special Notice.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to PROAIM AMERICA S LLC for the purpose of procuring an HFA3 MODEL 860 VISUAL FIELD ANALYZER w/LIQUID TRIAL LENS, RELEYE, KINETIC, GPA, HEAD TRK, GAZE TRK, PRINTER & TABLE for use at the Asheville VA Medical Center, 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC 28805. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the HFA3 MODEL 860 VISUAL FIELD ANALYZER. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any business that believes it can provide a HFA3 MODEL 860 VISUAL FIELD ANALYZER may give written notice to [email protected] by 11:00am e.s.t. on January 4, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
