Description: The VA Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, California intends to negotiate sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Sorin Group, USA Incorporated, 14401 West 65th Way, Arvada, CO 80004 for Lung Fusion System. The VA San Diego Healthcare System has requirement Lung Perfusion System which consist of table pack and pump pack for use in open heart surgery. Also, the Lung Perfusion System shall include one hollow fiber membrane oxgyenator with venous reservoir and integral cardiotomy reservoir Contract will be for one year upon award with 2, one year renewal options. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
