The Government intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to procure glycerolization supplies for the Naval Hospital Camp, North Carolina. This requirement shall be procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The delivery date for the resultant contract will be 01 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008 with provisions for four (4) one (1) year option periods. FSC Code is 6505 and the NAICS is 325412. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ or the NECO website at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ as this office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended or debarred! , or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
