This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, and material to include delivery, installation, and training for BRAND NAME OR EQUAL KGS TraumaFX MATT Hemostatic Lower (w/single leg amputation) and accessories as described in the attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED SOLICITATION AND ATTACHMENT 1 OF THE SOLICITATION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. NON-COMPLIANT OFFERS WILL BE DEEMED UNACCEPTABLE.
