The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to conduct a sole source negotiation with Alpha Innotech Corporation, 14743 Catalina Street, San Leandro, CA 94577, to purchase a Fluorchem SP 4 Megapixel Fluorescence Chemiluminescence visible imaging system unit for the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA, 94121. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS code is 421450. This unit shall include a 12 bit 4 megapixel scientific grade ccd camera cooled to -28 absolute and regulated with a F2.8 manual zoom lens; a computer with Pentium 4 @ 2.8 GHz, 40 GB hard drive, 256MB RMA, 40 X CD-RW, 10-100-1000 network interface card, Windows XP operating system, 17" flat panel monitor, keyboard, mouse, manual Multimage FC, Light Cabinet with interence filter, adjustable tray kit and ML-26 dual wavelength UV transillunminator. Also shall include FluorChem Alpha Ease FC 32-bit software for image acquisition enhancement, archiving, documentation, and analysis. System shall also include an AIC large format digital thermal grayscale printer with cables, custom driver, and thermal paper. This system must include installation and software training from a qualified representative of the company.
