The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Finapres Medical Systems, 812 Webber Pond Road, Vassalboro, ME 04989. The proposed contract is for one Finometer Pro System, Model 1. The Finometer Pro is a non-invasive blood pressure measurement and beat-to-beat circulatory monitoring device. It will be used as part of a psychophysiological biofeedback treatment system in our outpatient clinic. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).
