The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda Maryland, on behalf of the Regenerative Medicine Dept, intends to award a a sole source procurement to Applied Bioystems forFG, MFC, GENE-EX, CONF-10. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures
