The Wilkes-Barre, PA Veterans Affairs Medical Center (WBVAMC) is performing market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified vendors to enter into a lease agreement with the Government and the WBVAMC for an excimer laser for minimally invasive interventional procedures within the cardiovascular system, and for the removal of cardiac pacemaker and defibrillator leads. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision.
