INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEThe Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care Systems, Biloxi, MS intends to enter into sole source procurement with Metromedical; 7550 N. Broadway; St. Louis, MO 63147-2620. The items being purchased are two (2)Erbe VIO 300D electrosurgical units with accessories and two (2) Erbe APC2 Argon Plasma Coagulators with accessories NAICS 339112 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations.
