This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12 will be used. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and contains clauses and provisions that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95.
