Responses are due by January 10, 2017 at 4:00 PM PST. The NAICS code is 339113-Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 Employees. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and contains clauses and provisions that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-93-1.
